Vodacom is the worst cellphone company

Vodacom is the worst cellular company I've ever dealt with. I regret getting a contract with them. MTN is the best, I've been a loyal MTN user for more than 10 years, I've never had problems with their contracts. This year I chose to have a contract with vodacom. When I took the contract no one explained to me that within 24hrs there would be an amount debited. Even after 3/4 days another amount was debited. I called and the agent said this is because my next debit order will be in June and not May. Come may..my invoice says I have an amount due for May. I didn't mind this that much. Today is the 15th, my debit order was supposed to come through today so it didn't, I called an agent and she said that Vodacom debits at 12am sharp and she said the debit order was probably unsuccessful because my pay hadn't gotten in yet. She said I must pay at a vodacom shop to avoid more charges. I did pay and I got a thank you message from vodacom for the payment and then later on Vodacom debited from my account. I called and the agent that was assisting me said if I reverse the debit order I will be charged R188 and my bank charges. I am so angry right now..R1030 is a lot of money. My account is in a credit now, my only option is to ask for a refund and that process takes 7 working days. I regret leaving MTN, this is the first and last time I'm taking anything from vodacom. The most annoying part is that a lot of people did say that I will experience billing issues with vodacom and they were right.
