VODACOM IS THE WORST!!!
Vodacom fiber is the WORST!. Im absolutely disgruntled by the lack of service of vodacom. They were quick to install the line but after sales assistance is totally poor. Our fiber had been out of service on wed 02 dec. Upon calling the call center which by the way is a legnthy wait , had advised that technicians will take 24 -48 hours to assist. Its now 7 days and still no fiber. Really at my witts end. Even telkom has better service. Unfortunately VODACOM is the only service provider in our area.

After waiting 7 full days for a tech to fix our fiber, which by the way took him literally 30 min!! he now says that we will be offline tomoro due to maintainance. no problem with maintainance work. BUT VODACOM should inform thier clients as we have a contract with them and not the tech company. JUST POOR!! Oh by way the cudos to your hello peter team , at least they quick to follow up!!! perhaps get the same team all round!!! or maybe even get telkom guys , at least they resolve your issue with 48hrs.
