Vodacom is the WORST!!!!!!!!

app**** for a contract on line, was approved. did the app on the phone. was told I will get delivery within 3-5 working days. that was 22 december 2020. to date, 4 january, i have not got a phone call from them after calling numerous times and being promised that I will get a call back. went to a store only to find out that there is no contract for me, even though I have an emailed reference number from them. Cannot get to speak to a manager or someone in charge. sit on the phone for 45 minutes each time, trying to get this resolved, with the same result, "someone will call you back". still waiting. what a joke!!!!!!!!
