vodacom is the worst

the service i got from vodacom was the worst i upgraded contrct one of the phones was faulty returned the phone to jabulani vodacom repairs and they said within 5 days my phone will be ready, after two weeks got an sms that i can collect the phone manager inthat store told me that his not vodacom im at the wrong place he was very rude i gave them them the second phone asked them to cancel the upgrade i havent recieved feedback and they are still debiting my account i dont know why beacause i dont have any device. ive sent email to vodacom customer care with no success i regret i took their contract
