Vodacom is the worst

I got app**** for a Vodacom fiber contract and I was surprised to see that I was approved very fast but then they never even came to install the damn thing ...I have been waiting for 2 weeks for installation and everytime I call they tell that they will escalate the matter .Now I am fed up with them and this morning I tried to cancel my contact but they told me that wouldn't be possible.What the hell is going on with them?Why are they so ***********? Anyway now I can't even move to another service provider because they made sure of that
