Vodacom is the worst

I had a vodacom contract with vodacom and they stopped deducting it from my account. I never checked if the money was going off and 2 years later its on my credit score that I owe them money. Now im trying to make arrangements for accounts departments and they keep dropping the call. How do you do this after experiencing the worst provider ever
