Vodacom is the WORST!!

Walked past the Vodacom shop in Goldfields mall today overhearing how someone is shouting at a trainee as if the trainee was a dog. Later throughout the day I went into the shop to upgrade and found that all of the staff is picking on the trainee. I also overheard how the trainee got into trouble for personal problems at home. The way I have it they are supposed to train her and help her not be nasty to her. I will never go back to vodacom and will however move my contract because that is not very good to the eye of the public. Are they not suppose to work in a team? Maybe the owner should start replacing those workers before he loses all of his customers. I am almost certain that I wasn't the only one who heard that
