Vodacom is the worst.

I cant believe its soooooooooooo hard to rica a sim card. Yesterday I called vodacom to Rica my daughters Sim. The phone belongs to me because my daughter is not 18. I was asked irrelevant questions about why my daughter isnt calling and that they cant help me and that my underage daughter has to go to vodacom and pay for a Sim swap. Its disgusting. I've been a vodacom customer for over 30 years and this is how im treated.
