VODACOM IS THE WORSED COMPANY DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM.
My name Brilian Mahlake. My life just got ruined by vodacom, just because I decided to buy a router online. Now I am listed with the credit bureau with a credit that I don't know about.
They called me a month after returning the router device which was not working, to say I was owing them, Vodacom apologized about the matter and promised to correct the matter.
Vodacom does not care about their customers, I bought a router online and the device did not work, Like any other person I returned it back. However these was 2013 May, these year I am trying to apply for a house bond loan, then now the banks says I am blacklisted. I regret ever being a customer of Vodacom.
They sent my account to 3 lawyers, I explained my issue and submitted all the documents they required, however Vodacom did not care they persisted in listing me to the credit bureau.
I was just declined again today by Nedbank, just because I bought a phone, now I wont qualify to own a property because of these black listing with the credit bureau, please call and clear my name.
