VODACOM IS THE WORSE!!!

I had a vodacom account a few years back and when i wanted to settle it i had to pay double the amount. After i settled the account and paid double the amount as requested by them, they did send me a invoice stating they owe me 50% of the amount which was R5400. I had to fight for almost a year to get my money back.

When i got my money back i checked my credit score and it went down due to vodacom adding to my account that i owe them the R5400. Their customer care blocked my number when i requested a paid letter. And i am still waiting after a year for it.

Vodacom is the worse company ever. I would never open up a account with them again. Their customer doesn't even do their work right. And can't process a paid up letter after years even. It is always a struggle with them.
