VODACOM IS THE WORSE

My husband who has been in SA for 13 years but still using his passport and permit contacted cellcity to apply for a vodacom account on Monday, we were told by the store that we need bank statements (internet will do) a latest payslip and a letter from his Employee to say his permanently employed, submitted that and the store came back to say Vodacom does not want internet statements, we then contacted the bank, who e-mailed statements directly to the store who submitted to Vodacom, and we were told its all fine now. Yesterday we got a call to say now they want a Contract and the employment letter is not good enough, we submitted this and Vodacom confirmed all is in order now. This morning I received a call from Cellcity to say NO Vodacom wants stamped bank statements now!!!! What is going on, how ridiculous is this?? No wonder so many people uses Cell C or MTN.<br>
