VODACOM IS THE PITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vodacom is the PITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to check what coverage my area has so I can change my network provider!

Always having the same issue with Vodacom WhatsApp data, it doesn't, matter if I purchased it via my Capitec App or via Just For You on the Vodacom app. Vodacom is probably asking themselves why I continue to buy it, when it continuously gives me problems! Well, they continue to list it as a product I can purchase and use. Now, I purchased this WhatsApp data for R35 on my Capitec App. I called, got a service request logged, they told me the same thing they always do, connect to a different network, switch your phone off and back on again. Did all of that, and still nothing! The last time I spoke to a service request agent, he was helpful, not in resolving the issue, but he basically threw 7 Gigs of data at me, which I appreciated. He advised should I have the same problem again, call in. I did spoke to a helpful young lady who then logged a service request for me. Someone calls me back later, advising the same network settings vibe, did all of that still nothing worked. He said he will log something with their engineers, he did, and he called me back.... only to tell me the engineers cannot see anything wrong. He tells me to go to a Vodacom shop and have them test my SIM. What I'm failing to understand is why must my SIM card be tested. It's not like my SIM card isn't working, I receive calls, I can make calls, when I buy whatever data, anytime data, or YouTube data it works, but I must go out of my way to go have a SIM card tested. Never have I received a sincere apology for all the frustration and money I've lost due to Vodacom!!!!!!! I know it may be simple R35 data, but that is my hard worked for R35! I've had a very bad experience with Vodacom, the worst was when I called and spoke to a manager! Gosh, don't know how she got that... but heyyyyy at this point nothing shocks me anymore. Anyway she logged a complaint for me, that was like a month if not 2 months ago, and I'm yet to hear from the complaints department. Vodacom is disgusting me at this point!!!!!!!
