Vodacom is the pits

I'm tired of Vodacom, you go there to get your phone fixed and they return it the same way and make you a fool by saying they going to double-check that it's working. what is this, "Kindly note that there was no fault found on our handset the first time it was booked in, hence no repair was done on it. You are saying that when you get home it started giving the same issues, this could mean it is a signal issue in your area".

they need to learn how to follow up on issues because they would know that my network is not a problem, its the phone that's a problem.
