Vodacom is the most worst network

Vodacom used to be the best service provider but now they are the worst i took a data package with rewards co for a router and sim i then had 7days to return it therefore ram couriers picked it up in less dn 2days there after every month vodacom bills me and was debating my account but I'm not worried about the money they took now i need to take a new contract i cannot because its showing something on they system called over 100times no could help me
