Vodacom is the most pathetic service provider.

I have moved from Vodacom contract to Pay as You Go after my contract had expired while retaining my number. The Vodacom sales team sold me data and airtime but somehow my cellphone number has been suspended and no one is able to call me or SMS me. Vodacom calls themselves the 1 number carrier but somehow I am the ONLY person this has happened to and NO ONE at Vodacom is able to help me. Vodacom is the most pathetic service provider. I hope someone can figure out why I have to pay for a service I cannot even properly use!
