Vodacom is the most pathetic network

I tried purchasing a vehicle only to find out my credit score is bad due to vodacom red flagging me, claiming I owe them. I have proof that I don't have a vodacom account and I do not owe them. I have been trying to contact their customer service but keep getting va robot that cannot help me. Vodacom is the most pathetic network and because of them my name is bad. Do not ever purchase from them!!!
