Vodacom is the cesspit of customer service
<p>Just hung up after 50mins on the phone with Vodacom. 40 of those minutes were spent holding while Nomusa (call centre) looked for a superviser to attend to me. After 18 years of being a customer, I want out. Now.</p> <p>It's a pity this site forces me to give a star rating. Vodacom deosn't deserve even one star.</p>
