Vodacom is the biggest ******* they selling false contracts

I had a contract with Vodacom for more than 3 years, it was a 2 years contract, where I was paying R99 a month for 2 tablets and 500mb, after 3 years I decided to close the contract because 24 months was over, I called them and told them that I want to close my contract, this guy who was assisting me advise me not to close the contract they will offer me two phones and continue receiving 500mb and I will continue paying the same amount nothing will change in my contract, then I agree to take that offer everything went well they deliver the phones, but everything changed when they sent me the invoice stating that the monthy payment will be R250, I was so supprised I called them immediately they told me that it's not them who offered me a contract it's another company called Ellite mobile, so I should call them and complain with them, then I called that company they told me that they will invistigate and get back to me within 7 working days, 2 weeks passed without them calling me, I called them again they told me that the guy who was assisting explained everything about the contract, I told them he's lying so I'm requesting for the call recording of that day, they told me to go to vodacom shop after 7 working days to go and listen to the recording, 7 days passed I went to Voda shop only to find out that there were no recordings, I called them again they said they will send them to my email address, I waited and waited for them and got tired, now when I checked my credit information it's showing that I have been listed by Vodacom with the balance of R4000, now I can't open accounts, because of this listing. Please assist as I'm tired of calling this call center without being assisted.
