Vodacom Is the Biggest ****mers in the country

I have paid up my account years ago and requested the account to be closed. Vodacom Legal team/ collections team never closed my account and still appear on my credit record to be active. Account NA149709. Vodacom has made it impossible to speak to any of their staff members with this Tobi app. I have tried calling all of the numbers found on the internet but just not get to speak anyone on the phone.
