Vodacom is terrible
I regret everyday that I renewed my contract with Vodacom. Signal is pathetic, call centre is useless andf the app is the most pathetic thing to be created. I can't wait for my contract to end so I can go to another network.
If you are considering Vodacom think long and hard about it!

24 Feb 2020, 12:58I have to now give out information via email not knowing if it is who I am dealing with. I am clearly not a valued client. Your service is still absolutely terrible and a well worded email definitely doesn't change how unhappy I am.
