Vodacom is terrible!

We have been Vodacom conract customers for a few years now...sometimes there are network issues and then its sorted but we have been having mobile data and wifi signal loss for the past almost 3 weeks. Everytime I chat to them which they do reply rather fast to, I get the same generic response...we are working on it, sorry for the inconvenience, our team is busy... absolutely terrible.
