Vodacom is terrible

Vodacom is absolutely terrible im struggling since 2025 Oktober with them to sort out my contract that they have messed up

They said they can give me a migration package to pay less sounds good I agreed and when the bill game it was more than before

I called them to cancel it and make the contract same as before after they reversed it that they did I still need to pay more then R200 extra and no one in vodacom can help me they all just say"you just need to pay it sir"
