Vodacom is Terrible and lies about what they give.

Vodacom called me for 7 months(multiple times) offering me various options to get me to take a new contract. They then came with a deal where they will give me a free new Honor phone , router and uncapped data. They used ram Couriers for delivery witch Ram had deals wrong witch Vodacom supp**** then, up to this day i have not received anything and Vodacom just told Ram to give back the package....terrible communication from Vodacom and empty promises. want to cancel all my contracts because i feel offended by the lack of communication from vodacom as well as the people who bul**** me into taking deals i did not want. also did not sign and or receive any documentation regarding this deals.
