Vodacom is terrible

I am ferious with vodacom I settled my account more than 2 years ago and it is still on my credit record I never received a payed up letter from them when this account was settled en 2 years later still have not received anything from them after requesting and requesting. Fed up with them you don't get service at all no one can help its ridiculous
