vodacom is terrible

vodacom is the worst service provider ever, not just because of there bad signal. After they tried to ***** money from my account a month after I canceled my contract and paid a premature cancelation. Now they have put there claims department on my case to pay money for whom knows what? I have send them proof of premature cancelation and I have asked them for what the outstanding amount was? What did I get for the amount vodacom claims to be outstanding? That was around a week ago, and as expected no one rep**** or called me back. I still have no idea what is going on. I will never ever for as long as I live deal with vodacom again.
