Vodacom is such an disapointment

I am really really tired to struggle with vodacom. If you see on my history i had a few problems with them. I am a long service customer and everytime im disapointed in vodacom. I think i should cancel all my accounts with them. We took out a Contract phone at Vodacom it showed 2 months theft cover on the Package deal on the Website and the main phone is covered now the main phone is ****** and Vodacom says that the phone is not covered. I can't tell u how many times vodacom disapointed me. If i dont get satisfaction i will cancel all my phones and i wont pay anything for canceling
