Vodacom is such a Horrible Company and provides appalling Service!

Here we go AGAIN!!! Vodacom is such a horrible company and the service they offer is appalling!!! I have been reporting the same issue and service for months, nothing seems to change!!! My connection is down again, on the same line that was supposedly "fixed" months ago! I've been making attempts since Monday the 8th, in the morning where I spoke with Ithuteng Modise and he captured all my details incorrectly. I found out ONLY when I called in to make a follow-up hours later. It's 11h45 now on Tuesday and no one is coming back to assist me, which is NOT what Mamelo confirmed when I spoke with her this morning. She promised to call me back at 11h00 and I guess they are all the same, horrible service agents! It's a business line and they just don't care if we are offline for days! You are such a horrible company and I will definitely forward my complaint to the Ombudsman!!! This is enough!!!
