Vodacom is such a disappointment

Vodacoms network coverage sucks, than you call them and u are told to tobi and that tobi tells you he is still learning he can't help you is there anything else that he can help with? Oh by the way Vodacom still takes your airtime if you ran out of data even if you have closed that option. But what made me super mad was the fact that if u buy WhatsApp data and you have airtime on your phone the data will only work for text viewing status and getting media from someone else or sendind media they will charge your airtime. Its so sad that we must now fight with the agents when they don't even make the rules to beginning with. I hate Vodacom it has hurt me so much in just one week..... Things need to change and fast we spend to much money on this company to get such poor service......
