Vodacom is STILL unable to activate The Vodacom OneNumber which provides the eSIM for Apple Watch (GPS + Cellular).

Vodacom is STILL unable to activate The Vodacom OneNumber which provides the eSIM for Apple Watch (GPS + Cellular).

I have upgraded my contract with Vodacom to an open contract starting 1 Sept 2021.

I have spent hours with numerous of their client care people on the 1, 3 and 7 Sept but none being able to solve the problem of activating cellular on the Apple Watch. They have logged a technical service request on the 3rd of Sep but Vodacom has not yet responded with either an sms or e-mail or phone call.

Very frustrating.

I have an open contract and my Apple Watch SE(GPS + Cellular) has been paired with my iPhone 11 Pro. When one tries to do the Mobile Data Setup on ‘Mobile Data Setup’ on the watch app on iphone, the ‘Activate OneNumber’ tab does not appear on the Vodacom account page (the only 2 tabs that appears is 'Add Fibre account' and 'You have 1 Mobile Activate account' and as a result the Vodacom OneNumber cannot be activated'.

It seems there is a huge lack of expertise regarding Apple Watch (GPS and Cellular) and the activation of the cellular mobile eSIM OneNumber at Vodacom. Also the time frame is unacceptable from when the Technical service request has been logged and when it will actually happen, as nobody from Vodacom has responded to the service request from the 3rd Sep as yet and in the mean time I HAVE to continue to honour my new contract/account!

P.S. The eSim subscription was removed with Vodacom on the 1 st Sep '21, but this made no difference as the activation of the Vodacom OneNumber was still possible as it still did not appear on the Vodacom account page screen.
P.S. My account is on the old Vodacom system.

Dear Vodacom
My Technical service request was closed because an agent has called and given met the steps to take. This agent did not check if my problem was solved but closed still the service call.

My problem with my Iphone, apple watch and the activation for Vodacom One Number is still not resolved. When I wat to activate it via Apple watch App to the Vodacom App, Vodacoms website says 'Oops there was a technical error'

It nearly is a month that this issue is not resolved
