Vodacom is still not keeping promises

Good day<br> <br> Please be informed that I have complained previously about vodacom's ****py service and nothing was done from hellopeter (as you will see from my previous posts)<br> <br> I then proceeded to vodacom midrand where I did not leave until they cancelled my contract with vodacom due to unacceptable service from them. I was promised a refund by a consultant named Eva at Vodacom midrand for the debits of my account - in the time period which I had no cellphone to use.<br> <br> I have still not received the refund on my account and when calling vodacom , they seem to find the information on their system and promise to call me back within 3 days in which I have still received no feedback<br> <br> I would highly appreciate if I can recieve my refund for payment of a service which I did not receive<br> <br> Thank you
