Vodacom is still cheating Pensioner

Vodacom Mall@Reds cheated Pensioner. They told me they know my account is incorrect to pay R339 when I supposed to pay less. I want them to put me on Prepaid and someone called me told me they will sort me out. Till today after 2 weeks I am forgotten. Please help me as they are eating my pension money by cheating me.
