Vodacom is *****ing our money

I bought multiple items from the Vodastore on the "black week deals" only to not get any sms's (as promissed) with the codes which should link me to my purchases (already paid for and gone through).

Therefore I paid for purchases of said specials and received nothing in return. Then I actually went to a physical Vodacom store and they couldn't help me either. Their service is shocking.
