Vodacom is so unprofessional

Every time i call Vodacom they get nothing right!

I have been calling them and I have been waiting to receive the upgraded phone since last week Monday every time Ram calls me they confirm the damn wrong address we don't even have such an address Vodacom gave them I've called Vodacom numerous times to update the address they still haven't given ram the address!!!!!!!!!!

when the f### am i going to receive my phone.

on top of it I'm sitting without a phone because they cannot blacklist my ****** phone due to an open order of the upgrade how lame is that what happens if the ******* uses or hacks my bank apps etc???
