Vodacom is so unfair

I am currently facing huge problems with vodacom July 2020 my contract expired I called vodacom for cancellation however some guy convinced me to take 5 gig day and 5gig night promo only for R99 guess what the bill came 369 the telling me stories that I subscribed for another 2gig which is a lie 25th I called they say they fixing the problem 1st I received the same cancelled 2gig no 5 gig data and 175 airtime the bill that I should be facing is R312 September all dis I didn’t agree to I never used their data not their airtime simple thing reverse their airtime and data They css as my because they used to milking people Vodacom is a bad choice I regret having a contract with them
