Vodacom is so *******. Their staff buy cellphones in their customer's name and we have to pay the bill

I got a 3 g tablet on contract from Vodacom in January 2017. My tablet phone developed problems round about May to June 2018 while still under the 2 year guarantee period. I made several vists to the Vodacom Store in Parow as well as the one in Tyger Valley but on these 3 occasions their service were offline and they could not book it in for repair. I also had cellphone insurance from Vodacom. Many calls and msgs to their Customer Representative on Facebook Messenger were also fruitless. They were not able or willing to do a manual booking for the repairs to be done whether I had cellphone insurance or not. I waisted lots of time and money on transport for nothing. In the end I had to buy a small smart phone to get by. In the end I had to repair my tablet out of my own pocket because the small phone was not sufficient as I do all my business on my phone. As a result of this I cancelled my cellphone insurance.

As a result of this bad after sales service I decided that I will never take an upgrade or new contract from Vidacom again. Therefore I declined any upgrade offers from Vodacom. In December I found out that some agent from Vodacom **********ly bought an iPhone in my name when Vodacom **********ly tried to deduct large amounts of money from my bank account. My service for 2 line whuch I pay on time every month were locked. I called the Customer Care line and the service agent established that the specific phone has been delivered in Durban while I stay in Eerste River in Cape Town. They want me to pay for something I have not consented or signed for which is very unfair. My 2 lines are locked at least once a week and I must make calls for them to open it again. The people at ***** dispute s at Vodacom also don't come back to me which is so frustrating. As a result of this I had to close my bank account and open another account so that my other debits go through as normal. According to Vodacom I am liable to pay an amount of R21 181 by 1 February2019. How absurd!
