vodacom is so bad

vodavom us the most cruel network ever. i think im done complaining its time i just leave this network. u once bought data abd before i even use them i received a message that the data is depleted .i called them they said they will refund the airtime in 24hours. i told them that i had to use the data urgently but it couldnt help. kow i had 100mb and 77rand airtime .i didnt receive any sms that show my data decreasing .iwas trying to acess whatsapp but it waa not working when i checked balance ut was 00. im so ****ed
