Vodacom is *****
Sooooo are we not going to receive feedback from Vodacom!!!!!
On your hellopeter feedback its said contact ********** but when I contact them they say contact the laywers like ***udge who do I contact.
I spoke to an agent yesterday who said email ********** but we are not receiving an automated email saying you guys have received our email with our request. So today when I did a follow up call it was said the we need to contact the attorneys where the account is handover too because there’s no information on the system after handovers BUT the agent could tell me that in December 2017 the contract ended and because my husband did not contact vodacom to cancel his contract it became a monthly contract and in Jan and Feb 2018 his debit orders still went off sufficient.... In March 2018 his debit order was disputed from the bank and thats why they stopped debitting his account but since then he was invoiced on a monthly basis...
So my Question was 1. So you can see when last that simcard was used... (Agent: No because the number was deleted) 2. If I put the simcard in a phone now there should be a R1000 worth of airtime or data on thats was accumilating because we were not using it (Agent: No, unfortantly not because the number was deleted) 3. So when was the number deleted (Agent: in Aug) 4. But we were handover in Sept 2018, so how is the number deleted in Aug 2018 and we were still billed. ( please contact the laywers as they will have this information)
My question now is how and why is my husband being billed for 6 months arears if Vodacom is so willing to suspend your account when you on contract if you are in an arears for 1 month.
If I am not getting sufice information about this matter within the next 72 hours I am taking this matter to the Ombudsman for further investigation
This matter is being prolong unnecassary and it hindering my husbands credit profile
I can tell you that yes his March debit order was disputed and after that he has not received any other airtime and data again.... so where is this R1300 coming from
