VODACOM is sickening.. no power to me at all!!!

I am lost for words from frustration!

My Sony Xperia Z3 had 'battery problems' where the percentage would not go beyond 50. I took it into VODACOM BAYSIDE aroung the 8th of Feb 2017. I told Valentino (consultant) that the phone is insured in case i'd need insurance to pay for the damage and he made me fill out an insurance claims form. It was sent to the JHB repair centre on the 9th and they received it on the 13th. I was told to come fetch the handset from VODACOM BAYSIDE on the 17th - which is the normal turnaround time for repairs sent to JHB. This is where the frustration began:

I get to the store and am told my phone is not fixed it is BER(beyong economical repairs) which I didn't understand. They explained the concept to me. When I asked what insurance say I was asked wheter it's isured or not - I mean how do you ask me that whereas I filled in a claims form and told Valentino that is already?! Agitatedly so I answer that it is and with VODACOM INSURANCE. So I ask what happened to my claim (mind you I'm speaking to a 'manager') and she could not explain why isurance wasn't contacted. She then tell me she will find out the next day (Sat 18th) and call me. She did not call me. Instead she sent it back for repairs on the Mon 20th.

On the 23rd Feb I'm told to fetch the phone (obviously had not reached the repair centre). I go throught the same series of question and answer (super irritated at this point) with a different consultant this time (Edward). He made me fill in ANOTHER claims form and assured me he would send the phone back and sort this out, he then explained that insurance covers BER phones and I will get a new phone if need be (which is what I expected to be told the first time!). The phone is 'sent' again to the repair centre the next day. I'm told to fetch it on the 2nd March and guess what, it's not fixed, there is no new phone or any explanation about insurance.
At this point I am fuming and tell Wakida (consultant) that I won't leave the store until I am actually treated with the respect an inconvenience customer deserves. She supposedly emails the repair centre to enquire and promises to call me. As usual, there was no call.
So today(8th March) I decide to call VODACOM BAYSIDE myself becuase they have been quiet since. I am told by Janine that my phone has been sitting in store and there is no response from the Repair Centre (I mean really VODACOM, really?!!!!!!)

I just want to know why am I being treated like VODAOCOM is doing me a favour? I pay about R600 a month on that phone (incl. insrance) but am being handled like I abolutely have no value. I have been a Vodaocm customer for more than 12 years and this is the most appauling, disgusting inexcusable treatment I've ever had from them! Why do your employees not know about your insurance policies and processes VODACOM. This is a clause from your insurance terms and conditions "IF YOUR DEVICE IS BEYOND ECONOMIC REPAIR(AS DETERMINED BY AN AUTHORISED VODACOM REPAIR CENTRE), WE WILL REPLACE YOUR DEVICE WITH A NEW DEVICE OF THE SAME OR SIMILAR TYPE OR A GOOD-AS-NEW DEVICE OF THE SAME TYPE, SUBJECT TO THE MAXIMUM LIMIT OF INDEMNITY"?! Why does VODACOM and it's EMPLOYEES not give a hoot about their customers???????? Do we have to come to this kind of platform to get a standard service??? So much for 'Power to you' becuase right now you people are sucking the power and energy out of me and my time. I am utterly disgusted at your service!
