Vodacom is shameless

Phoned to cancel my contract 3 months ago. Was told it is cancelled. But never cancelled. They just added another monthly R20 to my monthly installment. I had the same issue with them with a previous contract cancellation. Then I went into the store and downgraded my current contract to R340. Now they are deducting R711. All this after I told them I cannot afford the contract anymore. This is really just terrible and sly customer care. Shame on you Vodacom. Your service is *********.
