Vodacom Is Selling Our Numbers – Now I'm Getting Endless Spam Calls!

I'm honestly fed up with Vodacom. Ever since I signed up, my phone has been bombarded with spam calls from so-called "subsidiaries" and "partners" claiming to offer deals on Vodacom's behalf. It's beyond annoying – it’s intrusive, and frankly, it feels like a complete violation of my privacy.

I never consented to having my personal number handed out like this. When I contact Vodacom, they give vague answers and deny any responsibility, yet the pattern is obvious. This started after I became a Vodacom customer – not before. So where are these telemarketers getting my number from?

Customers should be able to trust that their private information is secure. Selling off our numbers or “sharing with partners” without proper opt-in consent is unacceptable. Vodacom, you need to take real accountability for this and stop turning our phone numbers into marketing targets. Enough is enough.
