VODACOM IS SELLING LIES AND CHANGE CONTRACTUAL AS THEY LIKE!

Last year I received a Marketing call from Vodacom where they told me about a dual contract deal. The information of the deal and the benefits sounded affordable and very appealing. For only R284 per month I could get 2 Dual sim phones with data. I took the deal and based on the benefits: price, the amount of the data and the most amazing part the dual sim devices. To my dismay I received a call back from them with disappointing news that neither of the devices are dual sim, but it did stop there- they called again to inform me that only 1 sim will get data and that the other will receive airtime only. After this first disappointment I still decided to take the deal. February 2022 Vodacom decided to change my contractual amount from R284 and increased it to R350. I tried calling them to no avail as this is contract breach! However, Vodacom did not stop there! Again, this month they increased my premium! I am now paying R366 per month! I tried calling them and even visited the Vodacom shop in The Grove Mall- where they told me to call Customer Care, which I did and still no feedback, no refund and no explanation on why my contractual amount changed! Why can Vodacom change the contractual terms and I can’t???????? Should I now decide to cancel this contract I will not be allowed! This is unfair business practise *****ing and lying to customers! I want my MONEY BACK and the contractual terms should be amended to the original amount of R284! People, PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR VODACOM! THEY ARE SELLING LIES! HEREWITH ONE OF THE NUMBERS ***. I am regretting my decision! I will never take out another contract with Vodacom.
