Vodacom is selling faulty iPhones.

I purchased a iphone 15 Pro Max at Vodacom Canal Walk in Cape Town. I got the phone on contract in February. In March, the phone stopped charging and it was taken for repairs.

I am furious because I made a conscious decision to get an expensive phone, the top of the range because I was avoiding being inconvenienced by unreliable brands. Yet I am still in this boat. I use my phone for EVERYTHING!!! I cant make payments, people cant reach me, my work is also being affected.

When the phone was taken in, I did not even get a standby phone to have in the interim while my phone is taken away for 2 weeks!!!! Yesterday the child's school was trying to reach me because he wasnt well. They couldnt get a hold of me because the "reliable" phone I bought is defective. I am really taking this up and Vodacom will receive a call from advisors because this is completely unacceptable. If something worse happens and the school cant reach me, what then?

I want my contract cancelled IMMEDIATELY!!! Vodacom needs to take this up with Apple, it is not my fault they are buying faulty phones. I know the company will respond and say "an agent will call you" just so it can appear as though they have responded.

I dont require a response. I want the contract terminated and they can keep the phone that they have started repairing. I am absolutely not going to start a process of taking a phone for repairs every 2-3 months. That is what happens when a phone starts with its first repair. I could have easily bought a second hand phone if I didnt mind an unreliable phone.

Please note that I do not want a defective phone. Im not sure why is it not being clear to you guys. A phone of 1 month use cannot be having problems. It cannot possibly be experiencing wear and tear issues. Not 1 year old, 1 MONTH!!!!. Why would I get a phone of this range if its going to give me problems. I might as well have stayed with the broken one I had.

Nothing happened to the phone, it didnt fall, nothing!!! it just stopped working. If I have purchased a product that is not within optimal condition, then I have a right to return it back.

You are completely disregarding what I am saying. You want me to take this phone when its back, then in 2 months it will have another repair..and so goes the pattern. I am not taking this phone back!!!!
