VODACOM IS ******** PEOPLE

i wrote the below review on the 19th of Feb even today there has been no response from Vodacom but the keep on debiting my account.

i took out a 24 months contract on the 12 January 2021 which was suppose to end January 2023 and i noticed on the invoice that i will still be billed in February, when i call vodacom customer care they say they dont have a view of when my contract started all they can see is that it will end in June 2023 which will be 29moths so i ask them if they have a 29 months contract they say NO, so i took upon myself to go and ask for a copy of my contract at istore and it was provided to me but still vodacom customer is still saying im liable until June with no valid proof
