Vodacom is ******** me!!!!

I had a data contract with vodacom the past two years where I could recharge once my data is depleted. They called to renew the “same” contact at a discount rate . Now I find myself paying ridiculous amounts of monies because the lady put me on a different contract without my knowledge. I have called numerous times and have references where “the supervisor “ is to call me back and resolve my issue, nothing till today.

I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect @Vodacom im tired of your empty promises !!!!
