Vodacom is **** and full of ****

Vodacom please stop charging me for something that I don't opt for all I did last month was to upgrade my line which was due for upgrade and nothing else but now wen I check they have added another line which i don't know and is charging me 79.99 and there was 116 which I was charged for something that I don't know I am regreting the idea of upgrading my lines because everyday I am being charged for something that I don't can u please stop charging me, and worse part no one at Vodacom gives a **** about my complaint the just keep on deducting its being month now since I have dis complaint no one calls and explain what is that that am being charged for cos all I wanted was just a simple upgrade for my number and not adding another number on my profile can you pls stop deducting and cancel the number that I didn't request
