Vodacom is ruining my life
Vodacom investigated and confirmed *****(ref - EC-1J6W-30AI2O) on my account but still submitted my name to ITC for blacklisting.
Month after month they pass credit on the money they say I owe but still won't stop blacklisting me. I have asked them on several occasions to block the line because they have confirmed ***** on it, they refuse use to do it.
People I have dealt with promise to get back to me, they never do.
My life is in ruins because I can't do anything with a bad credit score!!!
