VODACOM IS *******!!!

VODACOM IS *******!!! . It all started when I had to pay my last installment for my phone contract in September , I was told to phone after 2 days so the system can update my payment and then I shud call them to cancel my contract..I DID!!!! And the lady on the phone kept pushing her airtym deals, which I made clear that I don't want any deals all I'm dng is canceling my contract.. Next month I get a bill, i had to pay for airtym that I didn't need. Called vodacom cancelation again only to find out that this lady never schedule my cancelation!!! Iv been phoning since September last year till today and still no assistance on vodacom side. The vodacom guys at Liberty midlands mall also had no way of assisting me as we also tried to contact their call center and had about several different people who kept putting down the phone in my ear..I've been phoning every month since September, iv left my details so a supervisor, manager or sum1 who can assist me with no help up to today!! . Iv requested references numbers, I've requested statements, I've requested my phone recordings and still no response!!! Feb came I get a sms stating that I owe them R808, and I must pay immediately or face legal action..iv been a loyal customer with vodacom for years and this is the ******* service that I get!!! I am so upset with the service I've been given and I do not recommend vodacom to any1 as they only good at making sells but not good with queries or complaints or customers service.. Their head office or agents are not helpful put the phone down in your ear so you have to phone again n again... I will not pay that money over my dead body... You lost a good customer and I wont recommend this company ever...
