Vodacom is ******* and ******* be very careful read my review before you go to vodacom. Stay with cell c or mtn please.

Vodacom is the worst network provider ever. People please don't go with vodacom unless you want their *****rent service. They just take money on a contract as they please. I had 3 different amounts on my contract in less than 4 months first 845, the 945 then 1218.31 now 1060.00. When you phone the assistant helping just say read the terms and conditions vodacom can take as much as they want. How fair is that for a contract so why do we sign for contracts if they can take as much as they please. It's ****************. So vodacom can I pay as I please because it's mos the same neh. People never ever trust this service provider they are ******* and *******. And never can they fix this situation because vodacom can take as they please

Yes a consultant phoned me but it's still not solved. They keep telling me they can't find a problem on my contract they keep stuck with that answer. So I got tired of this. Seriously. It my word against vodacom and vodacom claims to be always correct and the customer is never correct so I've Givin up now. I've been a customer at vodacom for 10 years now but I will gladly leave vodacom and never ever use vodacom again. when my contract is finished at vodacom I'm going over to mtn I've already spoken to a mtn consultant and I'm very satisfied with what mtn is offering.
