Vodacom is *******

An Add on purchase was done in store at Vodacom Greenstone. This is the second month that the total amount of the add on purchase has tried to be debited from my account contrary to the original contract which i signed!!! Despite numerous promises from the manager that this issue would be resolved is has not been !!! Shocking service Vodacom!!!! You are ***** and the customer does not come first!!!!!
