Vodacom is *******

Vodacom has useless call center. I upgraded my phone online to be delivered to my work 2 weeks and I have not received my phone. I gave th the correct address and where about they delivered. They kept calling me and confirmong address but nothing gets done. I they call me and the sales lady keeps putting the phone down with out a resolution. I an very uphappy as they keep on sending me to other people to speak and then they put the phone down without helping. They canceled my order with ram and I am unable to collect my own phone at a vodacom shop. This is highly frustrating for me they won't even attempt to solve the issue of delivering the phone. They are rude and don't know how to talk to clients They are very useless
